I build the part most people walk past.

Somewhere right now, a lab or a clinic or a health-tech team is doing work that genuinely helps people, and almost no one knows. Not because the science is weak. Because the systems that carry it, the message, the funnel, the tracking, were never built. That is the part I build.

I'm Brodrick Lacy Hudson, a growth and lifecycle marketer working in healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences. I have been the person inside the building, watching good work go quiet for lack of plumbing nobody wanted to build. So now I build the plumbing.

My work tends to start at zero. I walk into a place with strong science and missing systems, and I stand up the analytics, the lifecycle, the campaigns, and the paths between them, the same systems most at risk when a company rebrands or moves its site. Most recently I built the entire marketing operation for a CLIA-certified specialty diagnostics lab: GA4, a 354-URL UTM framework, AWeber lifecycle email, Google Ads, a WooCommerce DTC funnel, and a podcast channel. Before that I drove $558K in 90 days in home services and a 1,462% SEM return in regulated B2B.

The throughline never changes: make good work legible, then make it measurable, so the people who need it can actually find it.

What I believe

Healthcare keeps people well enough to show up for each other. I keep healthcare well enough to show up for the people who need it.

A clinic, a lab, or a health-tech team can only answer the people who need them if their own marketing is healthy: the message clear, the funnel working, the tracking honest. When those systems are healthy, the organization stays reachable and can respond. When they break, good work goes quiet and the people who needed it never arrive. I treat marketing best practices as health practices, because for the people on the other end, that is exactly what they are.

Being social is a choice. Communicating is a choice. Don't lose your voice at the end of a broken funnel.
